It is easy to use and configurable as per need. We at Park Centra are using iSocietyManager for more than a year. After automating billing through iSocietyManager, in last financial year we increased our collection to almost 100 % and we were able to collect more than 30 lakhs as an interest too. With the objective to make our society smarter, SGRWA always tries innovative ideas & tools time to time. I-Society Manager APP is one of them. We are living in the world of smart phones and digitization. So, we all wanted to make our society, a digital satiety. The challenges ahead were "Row to give access to our fellow residents of Sunrise Greens to control their staff, visitor, complaints and facilities through their smart phones?"

After exploring various options and discussion with subject expert, we reached to the conclusion to opt I-Society Manager APP. But at the same time SGRWA team had the realization that it is not going to be the easy to implement As we were determined to move from recording details of visitors, staffs & complaints from pen / register to online completely, we accepted the challenge. But again, computer training for the guards & facility staffs to use 'Society Manager was a big challenge ahead so we designed a robust implementation plan with a targeted timeline of 2 months.
Some of the important features:
- Staff Management We all wait forthe morning APP alert "Your mcid XXXX has entered in the sodety". Isn't it? Now you can track the attendance & In / Out time of your staff such as Maids / Dhobies / Drivers etc. from any corner of the globe.
- Visitors Management: You are not at your home and someone visitng to your flat? Was that possible get this information before iSociety Manager APP? Now you know who is visiting to your Flat for what purpose, what is his/her mobile number and how he/she looks like Courier Wala, Food Delivery Wala, Relatives, Friends etc.visiting to yourflat are trackable now. Infact,you can track your visitors for last two years through this APP.
- Complaint Management: Before this APP, we had to visit to the maintenance office or call the facility st aff to get our complaint registered & if you were not is the society, forget to register any complaint. On the other hand, there was no track of your complaints. Now you can register any complaint from anywhere and track the status. It has become easy for SGRWA management as well to track the performance of the maintenance team at the time of review. Notice Management: Before this APP SGRWA has only option publish any important notice on the notice board of each block there was high possibility that residents would miss it but after this APP, you can see all notices published in last 2 years by RWA.You get APP alert for any new notice.
